Do you offer monogramming and embroidery?
What we usually ask is, are you sure you want to potentially ruin a beautiful robe, a gift that you and your bridesmaids can actually wear again? One photo with bride and bridesmaids written on the back isn’t worth the fact that they can’t ever be worn again. You’re going to look stunning in photos without it. We promise.
How long does it take to process my order?
Within 24 hours your gorgeous goodies will be out our door on their way to your gorgeous self.
Do I get a pretty Loved by Ella box even if I didn’t pay for one?
Heck yes, you do! We want to make all our amazing loves feel special. Receiving your pretty purchase wrapped in delicate tissue paper in a beautiful box will be like opening a present.
How do I look after my oh so pretty robe?
Our manufacturers recommend hand wash only. However we have played with them (a lot). We’ve found that on a delicate wash cycle, in a wash bag, air drying, and cool ironing are all fine.
To get wrinkles out of robes and veils, hanging them in the bathroom to let the steam decrease them works great.
Do you have plus sizes?
Sizing is such a tough one. We are all beautiful but so different! For example, take two women that are a size 12. One may have an F cup and tall, the other an A cup with bigger thighs. So, robes and garters will fit differently on different people!
We’ve done our best to make a lot of our robes one size, allowing for them to fit most people. This is especially helpful when you have different sized bridesmaids.
Certain robes come in a larger size for those size 16 and above. We have a stretch size on our garters as some are super stretchy and can easily fit larger sizes, but a few are not very stretchy and will only fit a size 6 – 14. They can be found in the details on each product. If in doubt, the best thing to do is ask!
Do I need to sign for my pretty package?
Yes. You can opt to sign, or get it delivered to a work address if that’s easier. If you miss the delivery, a calling card will be left.
What's your exchange or refund policy?
We totally understand that picking your size can be hard. If there’s an issue, email us straight away! We’re here to make sure you’re 100% satisfied. If we decide that you need to return an item, simply post it back to us within 3 days of receiving it. Please attach a note or send us an email with the reason for return and whether a refund or exchange is preferred.
The item must be in the original box and in perfect condition. Return shipping fees and sales items are non refundable. We pride ourselves in checking every single item shipped! If, however, the item is faulty in some way, please contact us immediately by email so we can help you.
